Embark your Greece delicatessen with little delights for one such as *Spanakopita – pastry filled with spinach, feta cheese and artichoke – or sizeable delights for many such as *Mezza Platter – a plate comprises with hummus, melitzanosalata, dolma, spanakopita, tzatziki, and pita bread. Following your desire for more, dive into *Psarosoupa – Greek style fish soup with potato, carrot, onion, in light tomato broth – or simply *Traditional Greek Salad – healthy and refreshing greens, cherry tomatoes, black olive, cucumber, feta cheese, red onion, dressed in light vinaigrette. The best is yet to come, our own Mediterranean favorite of *Bouillabaise – A fish and tomato broth stew, filled with fish, prawn, squid, mussels, or clams, and *Souvlaki – tender pieces of your favorite meat (lamb, beef, or chicken) grilled to the perfection, skewed, and served with pita bread and tzatziki sauce.

Your stay in our resort in the island of Lombok will not be perfect without having the most sought-after dishes in the island. We serve authentic *Ayam Taliwang – Lombok’s fiery spicy grilled chicken – as well as *Sate Pusut – Grilled ground lamb spiced with coriander and chili. Other Indonesia’s luscious cuisines embellish our table are *Sop Buntut – Braised or fried oxtail in beef broth spiced with clove – and *Tipat Tjantok – a Balinese style steamed vegetables served with rice cake and spicy peanut sauce. Seal your course with sweetness of *Dadar gulung – Pandan flavored crepes filled with palm sugared coconut – or *Kue Bantal – Sweetened sticky rice stuffed with spiced banana.
